You must first KNOW that if your mind can conceive it and in your heart you believe it you will achieve it…

You have to know this like you know that the ground is a solid foundation to stand on…when you take a walk around the block there is no question about the ground being safe to walk on, there is zero doubt, the thought never crosses your mind. 

This is how you should FEEL about what you Visualize

When you visualize strive to feel all of the sensations that you are experiencing – The smells; the tastes; the sounds; the feeling of what you touch or what touches you. Make the moment feel as real as possible like you are actually there because technically you are actually there, and as you become better at making it feel real your visualizations will manifest and manifesting will become easier then you will be a Master Creator!

Creative Uses

There is a space provided on each bottle (white strip) for you to write your own intentions, affirmations, goals, mantras, ideas etc.

The purpose of this space is so that you can physically see your intention or your goal and be constantly reminded of it every time you take a sip keeping it in the front of your mind and motivating you to make it happen.

Fitness/Workout

  • Write ‘Go to the gym’ or ‘Workout’
  • Write your ideal weight – (I am ________ pounds)
  • Write ‘Keep going’ so while you’re working out it’s motivation to keep going

Business

Write out your plans

  • -Write how much you plan to sell today – (I plan to sell 100 units today)
  • -Write how great your product or service is – (My product or service is both useful and necessary – My service is premium because it yields results)
  • -Write your growth goal for the week – (I plan to gain 150 followers by this weeks end) 
  • -Write something you need to improve – (Advertise more consistently)

Mental Health

Write reminders

  • Read 5 chapters in my book today
  • Meditate for 10 minutes today
  • Visualize the life I want 5-10 mins today
  • What are 5 things I’m grateful for

Physical Health

Write reminders

  •  -Take a walk for 20-30 mins
  • -Eat some fruit
  • -Exercise for at least 10 mins
  • -Take a cold shower
  • -Groom myself – so I look my best

Sports
