In complex terms – water expands when its gets cold as opposed to EVERY other element that contracts when it gets cold; in certain situations warm water freezes faster than cold water; water ‘bends’ in reaction to certain frequencies (you need to look through a camera to see the effects, can’t be seen with the naked eye); under a microscope no two drops of water are ever the same!
